The Website includes, but is not limited to and all other sites owned and operated by WeShall that redirect to the Website, all subdomains provided through such other site or the Website, and all downloadable applications, features, functionality, content, documents, or information that is made available or provided on the Website. The Website is made available to you for the purposes of providing you with access to information about WeShall, including without limitation, WeShall events and merchandise and information regarding race and gender diversity within corporate Canada (the “Services”).

We use HubSpot’s HubBot on the Website, which is a chatbot that allows Website users to message our team with queries and comments. If you consent to and use this feature, then the content of chat messages sent and received, including your email address if provided via the chat features, is transferred the HubSpot servers.
8. Children
We recognize the importance of protecting the privacy and safety of children. The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Anyone under 13 should not use the Services. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 years of age without verification of parental consent, we will delete such personal information.
